National Critical Minerals Mission
Why it Matters?
The Union Cabinet approved a ₹1,500-crore scheme under the National Critical Mineral Mission to promote recycling of critical minerals from e-waste and end-of-life products. The six-year scheme (2025-31) supports new and existing recyclers, with one-third funds reserved for small and new beneficiaries.
