The BHASKAR (Bharat Startup Knowledge Access Registry) platform enables collaboration among nearly 2 lakh registered startups and stakeholders. Currently in its pilot phase, it supports peer interaction, partnerships, and scheme integration.

BHASKAR stands for Bharat Startup Knowledge Access Registry.
It is a digital platform aimed at promoting collaboration among entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, policymakers, and other startup ecosystem players on a single platform.
As of 30th June 2025, 1,97,932 entities are registered under the "startup" category on BHASKAR.
The platform is developed under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
The highest startup registrations are from Maharashtra (33,845). The least registrations are from Lakshadweep (5).
Purpose and Objectives of this platform are:
To create a comprehensive digital registry of startups and ecosystem enablers (incubators, investors, academic institutions, etc.)
To enable collaboration and partnerships across the startup ecosystem.
To provide data-driven insights for government schemes, policy-making, and startup growth monitoring.
To personalize access to startup schemes by generating unique stakeholder IDs.
